- Small yogurt drink + tiny tangerine = 112
- Fruitcup + yoplait tube = 130
ATE OVER 400 CALORIES!!! :(
Total: Over 750 calories :/
I binged during lunch. i was only supposed to eat 130 calories but instead i ate over 400 calories. and i was supposed to eat about 300 calories later on that day to add up to 650 calories today. but since i binged, i just didn't at all after, plus I'm gonna exercise a bit more tonight.
So i'm proud of myself, for fixing the mistake i made today :)
