Exercise Routine (4 times a week)

- Stretch
- 20 Sit-ups
- 50 Jumping jacks
- 30 mins on Treadmill > Run/Walk
- 25 Sit-ups
- 100 Jumping jacks
- Stretch

  • Weigh yourself each Monday morning.
  • Purge if you binge.
  • Wait 20 before the thought of 'binging'.
  • Pretend you're in a competition with someone... Who can lose the weight fastest?
