Hey, i found this site with this 8 week/2 month diet on google and i wanna try it, i saw the comments and lots of people say it works. but once you lose the pounds, even just a few... don't just start eating like a pig again... cuz you'll just gain it back. I can't wait.
I'm gonna start it next week on Monday (Jan. 9).
The problem is that i have to get my mom to buy lost of low cal foods, fruits, veggies, mostly snacks. it'll be hard to do that cuz my mom's real stubborn and she won't support me at all even if i simply tell her: "I'm going on a diet" << (but of course not tell her what KIND of diet lol).
anyways, wish me luck. btw i did change the calorie intake in some of the days of the ABC diet plan.
