Every Week food diet schedule

FWI: 
- I don't have a specific number of cals to take everyday, it's just gonna stay under 600 cals.
- I tend to purge/throw up everyday. Sometimes it's on purpose, sometimes it's cause I can't keep the food down (due to my habit of purging).        

  1. Example: Monday (Day one)

Breakfast: 1 pack of Regular Oatmeal = 110 cals
                Water = 0 cals
                1 cup or so of Honeycombs cereal = 160 cals  

Snack: 1 Fruit Cup = 80 cals

Lunch: 1 Small juice box = 90 cals
           14 Baby Carrots = 30 cals
           1 fruit cup = 80 cals

Snack: 1 Yoplait Tube = 50 cals
           Water = 0

Supper: 1 yogurt = 90
             Water = 0
             1 Sandwich (2 slices of white bread; 66, half a slice of ham; 55, 1 tbsp of mayo; 40) = 161
             1 cup of Honeycombs cereal = 130 cals
              
Total: 661 cals


-_-  i didn't know/realise i passed over the limit of my calorie intake. wow the first day i do a mistake. pathetic. i shoulda been smarter.
