Exercise routine:

- Quick stretch
- 25 Sit ups
- Run/walk > Treadmill > 30 or 15 mins
-15 Side leg lifts > each leg
- 30 Sit ups
- Stretch

Tip: Swim as much as you can, for fun and/or exercise, Swimming is one of the best exercises.


Tip: keep yourself busy, or else you're more prone to cheating on your diet. :)

Tip: Stay happy and keep yourself smiling throughout this diet, the more depressed you are, the more prone you are to give up on this diet.
