the worst part about having me having only a MAX of 500 cals... is my muscles hurting from being weak and my heart sometimes hurts.<< this started today. i don't if the if this diet is causing this whole heart problem, but i don't care. if my mom's not gonna buy healthy foods and all. then this is my only shot at being T.H.I.N!!
so whenever my heart starts to hurt i'll just eat something even if i go over the number of cals i'm supposed to eat in the day. and after eating that food, i'll just purge a little bit.
like today (like i said the heart-hurting problem started today), it hurt so i ate like almost half a cup of HoneyCombs cereal and then i threw up just a bit. and now i'm gonna exercise it off. and i'm still gonna exercise 2nite. so for today it's gonna be 2 workouts instead of one.
